The Buzz Beginnings

The Buzz HR was founded by two women who shared a desire to change the HR landscape for small and mid-sized businesses, Erin and Erica.

Erin Camarrata was about five years into running her company CBS Medical Billing when she realized she was drowning in HR responsibilities—compliance issues, employee relations, and endless paperwork instead of doing what she does best, running and growing her business. She saw the same struggle in her clients: business owners juggling HR tasks they weren’t trained for, often making costly mistakes along the way. 

Luckily, she hired Erica Leavis, an HR expert with years of experience simplifying complex workforce challenges. She had the knowledge, the systems, and the expertise to turn HR chaos into a streamlined, scalable solution. After 10 years of successful collaboration and cultivating a meaningful business relationship, the two of them discussed creating a company together that could redefine the HR landscape, offering tailored HR solutions to small and medium sized business based on their unique needs. 

With over 30 years of combined business experience, Erin and Erica built The Buzz HR as a trusted HR partner, offering everything from payroll management and compliance to employee relations and training.
